ill go for plantation bay but if you prefer accessibility, go for mariott coz it's near ayala and the city.  :2thumsup2:

Guess lots of Cebu hotels will be fully-booked for Sinulog. Better make your reservations early. Welcome to the tourists! Hope you enjoy your stay.  :2thumsup2: :1tourist1:
