You have to know how to get along with your customers especially the "suki" and make sure as well that they will not abuse your kindness what not and learn to set some rules as well. ;] As much as possible make sure the cafe doesn't stink like eew. Haha. ;]

Ayy o. Make sure dili pud kayo ka mahal ug charges and as much as possible nindoooot imong equipments kai turn off kaayo nang gubaon halos tanan. Nya halos di na ma-ilhan nga headphones d.i na. Hahahaha. :]

basing with my experienced kay naa man ko gina maintain na cafe, dapat nindot ang specs sa imo PC then limpyo ang surroundings, ang internet connection kusog at least 4mbps og ang video card mga 512mb ok na kaau na sa customer og naa pa jud kinahanglan daghan ka og duwa na bag-o..

-kylngn pd paspas ang net ky ang generation krn internet jd ang kinabuhi
-kylngn pd nindot ang sounds like headset mn lang

as sa imo mga client if unsa gusto nila ma improve sa imo cafe...if gamers, ask if unsa mga duwa na in karon...for internet user ask if paspas ra ba ang connection and if naa problem sa unit respond daun as soon as posible kay basin mag walk out na hinoun.

2.) check pud or canvass sa uban net cafe if wala ka mag overpricing sa imo mga services.. para less complain sa customers...
3.) dapat nindot ug ambience sa imo place..... dili gubot and walay magtambay nga mga baho nga pwede maka distract pud sa uban nga sensitive nga taw...
4.) dapat updated ka kung unsa "in" karon nga mga softwares/games...
5.) kailangan ang mga attendant friendly pud sa customers and kailangan pud sweto sila kay unsaon man nila pag assist sa problem sa customers..
6.) Internet speed pud kay dapat paspas pud kay oras baya ila gibayaran... saputon man dayon ni sila if naa mga delay sa pag gamit nila sa unit...
7.) timan-e pud nga the more services you offered the more customers come in your cafe....
8.) etc.... daghan paman but dili nalang nato hutdon...
