usa ni sa among handa unyang gabii...

I cook according to my taste so bana2x ra ni measurements ha…

para sad ni sa kana gadali pirmi kay sayon ra ni himoon, dili pa gyud kaayo mahal...



SEAFOOD IN CURRY SAUCE


250 g    POTATOES cut into chunks then fried
1 tbsp   GINGER strips
8 pcs    TEMPURA or KIKIAM (or both) sliced
8 pcs   SQUID BALL or ROLL (or both) cut in half
2 tbsp   COOKING OIL
250 g    SQUASH cut into chunks
1 cup    COCONUT MILK (fresh or canned or gikan sa powder)
200 g    FISH STEAK deboned and cut into chunks
˝ pack  (40g pouch)Del Monte Quick n Easy CURRY MIX (pwede sad lain nga brand)
1 pc      SILI (just add more if u want it hot hot hot!)
pinch of SALT
1 stalk   LEEKS sliced

Sauté ginger in oil with the tempura and squid ball for around 5 minutes. Add squash and coconut milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add fish, curry mix, sili and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss in potatoes and leeks. Remove from heat.
