CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD


Ingredients

    * 1/2 KG OF MACARONI PASTA
    * 1/2 KG OF CHICKEN MEAT
    * 1 MEDIUM SIZE CAN OF PINEAPPLE TIDBITS (450 grms)
    * 50 grms of raisins
    * 500 grms to 1 kg of mayonaise
    * 100 grms of Magnolia Quickmelt cheese
    * 1 piece carrots
    * 2 pcs apples
    * 1 onion
    * SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    * 1/4 can of condense milk ( about 125 grms)
    * a spoonful of sweet pickle relish


Directions

   1. Bring to a boil with salt the macaroni pasta, drain and set aside
   2. Bring to a boil the chicken meat with salt, drain and set aside
   3. Drain pineapple tidbits
   4. Cut into cubes the cheese, apples and carrot
   5. Cut into small cubes or thinly the chicken meat
   6. Get a big bowl and begin to mix all the ingredients. First, put in the bowl the pasta then the chicken, pineapple tidbits,  raisins, cheese, carrot, apples, sweet pickle relish, condense milk and mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well but carefully, adding more mayonnaise depending on your taste. Put on the salad rack and chill for at least an hour before you serve.

Aglio E Olio
(Pasta With Garlic And Oil)



Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
1 pound spaghetti
1/2 cup pasta cooking water
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
4 tablespoons minced garlic, divided
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Warm a large serving bowl in a low oven.
2. Bring 5 quarts water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 2 teaspoons salt and pasta to boiling water, stirring to separate strands. Use the lowest package cooking time as a beginning point. Taste for tenderness and continue cooking if necessary. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water and set aside. Drain pasta.
3. tart sauce when water is put on to boil. In a 9- or 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium-low heat. Add 3 tablespoons garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring often, until garlic is straw-colored, about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining tablespoon garlic, crushed pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons pasta cooking water.
4. ransfer drained pasta to warm serving bowl. Toss with remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil and remaining cooking water. Add garlic mixture, tossing well to combine. Serve immediately with some grated cheese on the side.

Millionaire's Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces dry spaghetti
2 pounds ground beef
1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 carton (8 ounce size) cottage cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:

1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
2. Brown hamburger. Drain and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
3. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onion.
4. In a 2-quart greased casserole, spread half the spaghetti. Cover with cheese mixture and top with remaining spaghetti, drizzling butter over the spaghetti. Spread meat mixture over the top. Top with shredded cheese.
5. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F or until bubbly. May be made ahead and refrigerated.

unsa man ning millionaire's spaghetti, mga milyonaryo ra makakaon ani?
gusto ko makat-on himo ug lasagna kay mahal paliton sa restaurant. kinsa naa lami pero sayon nga recipe ani?
